## INTRODUCTION

Punchlogic Solutions, INC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, Punchify (the “App”), and our website, punchify.ai (the “Site”). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy.

## INVITATIONS
When you choose to invite a contact to join Punchify, we send a one-time SMS message on your behalf to that contact. The message identifies you and the Punchify brand and includes a link to join. We do not store or reuse the invited contact’s phone number, and no additional messages are sent unless the contact joins and provides consent.

## COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App includes:

1. Personal Data

Personally identifiable information, such as your mobile phone number, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the App.

2. User Content

We collect the photos, videos, PDF files, and text that you upload to the App when creating a task ("Contributions"). This content is essential for the App's core functionality.

3. Contact List Information

We may request access or permission to your mobile device's contact list to allow you to easily select and share task information with your contractors. If you grant us permission, we will only access the contact information you specifically select within the App. You may change your mind and revoke this permission at any time in your device's settings.

4. Usage Data

Our servers may automatically collect information when you access the App, such as your IP address, device type, operating system, and a log of actions you take within the App for the purpose of ensuring the application functions correctly and to analyze for bugs or errors.

## USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

* Create and manage your account.

* Provide the App's core services, including generating task titles and descriptions from your Contributions.

* Facilitate communication and task assignment with contacts you select from your device.

* Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App.

* Respond to your requests and provide customer support.

## DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

1. By Law or to Protect Rights

If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your information with third-party vendors who perform services for us. These include:

* AI Service Providers: We share your Contributions (photos, videos, PDFs, text) with Google's AI services (Google AI) to process the content and generate task titles and descriptions. Google's use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

* Cloud Hosting and Backend Services: We use services like Google Firebase for user authentication, data storage, and to run the backend of our App.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

## SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. We rely on industry-standard protocols and services, including HTTPS to encrypt data in transit and the robust security infrastructure of Google's Firebase services to protect data at rest. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

## DATA RETENTION

We will retain your Personal Data and Contributions for as long as your account remains active. We do not automatically delete your data upon account inactivity. Your information will be stored with us until you explicitly request its deletion as outlined in the "Your Privacy Rights" section below.

## POLICY FOR CHILDREN

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 18. Our Terms and Conditions require all users to be at least 18 years old. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under age 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

## YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

You have the right to review, change, or terminate your account and delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us at support@punchify.ai with your request.

Upon receiving a request to terminate your account and delete your data, we will process it within 10-15 business days. After this process, your account and all associated personal information and Contributions will be permanently deleted from our active databases.
